Welcome
Welcome to Bright Little Eyes. We are a team devoted to creating a collection of apps that can better help a child with a visual impairment.
We created these apps because we realized our son really struggled to see. Not being able to see made it hard for him to learn. His vision therapist had advised us that our first goal should be to get him to “use” his vision. More complex apps became something he would tap on but would struggle to look at.
We have discovered that he can see best with yellow on a black background. With lots of repetition we are seeing him begin to not only “use” his vision but learn.
Our Bright Little Eyes apps are created with a simplistic layout consisting of a black or white backdrop with contrasting colors of red, yellow, or blue.
With this simplistic layout, we hope the Bright Little Eyes apps can help your child learn to see so they can see to learn.

ABC Lite
A simple alphabet game eliminating visual clutter. With a black backdrop and high contrasting colors of red, yellow, or blue, this game is visually easier to use for those with CVI.
ABC Plus
A fun and simple game like ABC Lite but includes lowercase letters, shapes, and numbers. With a black backdrop and high contrasting colors of red, yellow, or blue, this game is also visually easier to use for those with CVI.

Drag n Drop
An interactive game consisting of moving a variety of objects to their appropriate container/place. With its black backdrop and contrasting colors it too is visually easier for those with CVI.
